The next LUMUN Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, 23 November @ 2 p.m. via WebEx. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

Brief reports will bring members up to date on LUMUN gains, ongoing issues, and finances. Then, an election of officers for LUMUN’s Executive Board will be held. Per LUMUN’s Constitution, the term of office for Board members is 2 years, and at least one (1) position shall normally be held by a Postdoctoral Fellow. All positions are up for election, as follows:
1. President
2. 1st Vice-President
3. 2nd Vice-President
4. Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Member-at-Large
7. Member-at-Large
Members should have received via email a copy of the nomination form (it is also available here as a PDF), along with instructions for filling out the form. Please note that you are eligible to be nominated or to nominate another member for one of these positions only if you fall into at least one of these categories:
- Active Postdoctoral Fellows in the LUMUN PDF bargaining unit
- Per-Course Instructors who have taught at Memorial within the past three (3) years.
