Solidarity with LUMUN rally for Education at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador

Yesterday the Lecturers’ Union of Memorial University (LUMUN) and Memorial University’s administration signed a new collective agreement for Lecturers (images below).

Following the incredible resolve and solidarity of LUMUN members, significant gains were made at the bargaining table just minutes before a strike deadline was about to pass.

We want to thank you, our members, and all those who supported us, for fighting hard for this day in the face of great adversity.
